As a coach with 18 years experience in the legal industry working with attorneys to achieve their business development and professional goals, I know the intricacies of law firms and the business of the practice of law.  

I will teach you how to build your own book of business and navigate the waters of your career advantageously.

My coaching and training provides fresh insights, new ideas, practical tips, guidance, identification of action items, accountability, and inspiration.

One-on-One Coaching – typically 1-2 hours a month as needed to achieve goals in business development or career management.

Small Group Coaching
 – maximum of six participants.  Monthly coaching sessions with focus on practical business development tips, goal setting, and accountability.

Practice Group Coaching – focus on coordinating practice group activity for maximum results with emphasis on cross-selling and differentiation from the competition.

Four Month Business Development “Boot Camp” – intensive 4 month unlimited coaching with emphasis on business development best practices, identification of goals, and accountability for the accomplishment of action items.  Intended to fine tune and expand existing business development efforts for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Presentations/Speaking Engagements – topics customized to audience needs.  Emphasis on practical business development tips, real life examples of best practices, and action steps that typically yield the greatest return on investment.  Inspirational women’s initiative program keynotes as well.

One Day Workshops – develop an annual business development plan, in one day.  Review of 20 fundamental steps to building a book of business, practical tips and guidance, real life examples, and identification of action items to achieve goals.  (CLE credit available in some states.)

Associate Training - 1-2 hour sessions on the fundamentals of business development.  Focus on achievable action that associates can take to expand their business relationships and begin building a client base.  One of the first training programs I created was voted #1 as reported in the American Lawyer Annual Associate Survey.
