In addition to 18 years of working with attorneys in private practice
including 8 as Director of Professional Development for an Am Law 100
firm, Marianne also worked for 3 years as a job search and career
transition instructor.
She has assisted hundreds of women through Arizona Women Education
and Employment and while serving as adjunct faculty for Rio Salado
College, in their search for meaningful employment.
Since that time, Marianne has combined her knowledge of the legal
profession and her expertise as a job search instructor to effectively
support women lawyers who want to make career transitions.
She has assisted women lawyers specifically with successful transitions
from one practice area to another, from associate to partner, from full time
to part time, from law firm practice to sole practitioner, from private
practice to governmental, and from private practice to non-profit.
