My goal is to help women lawyers utilize their unique strengths so that
they can succeed at business development and make career choices
that meet their professional and non-professional goals.
As a professional career woman, a mother, a spouse and a community
volunteer who has spent 17 years in the legal industry serving exclusively
as a resource to attorneys, I am acutely aware of the multiple, and often
conflicting, demands placed on women lawyers. As women, we need
options to effectively balance these demands.
